Custom Pallets — Built to Your Specification
When the standard 48×40 doesn't fit the product, the rack or the truck, we build the pallet that does. Send dimensions, load weight and quantity — or a photo of the pallet you use today — and we'll quote it.

What we can change
Every dimension of the pallet is a variable
- Length & width
- Any footprint your product needs — longer than 48", narrower than 40", square, oversize or undersize.
- Entry type
- Four-way entry for forklift and pallet-jack access from all sides, or two-way stringer entry where handling is fixed.
- Stringer construction
- Stringer height and thickness matched to load weight, span and whether the pallet will be racked.
- Deck-board configuration
- Board count, width, thickness, spacing, flush or overhang, and full-cover decks for small or unstable items.
- Lumber requirement
- New lumber, hardwood or softwood, and reclaimed lumber where the application allows it.
- Bottom deck
- Full perimeter base, three-runner base or skid-style base depending on how the unit is lifted and stored.

Pumps, motors, valves and fabricated assemblies that concentrate weight in a small footprint.

Heavier stringers and tighter deck spacing for drums, totes and bagged product.
Oversize product
Panels, pipe, extrusions and building components too long for a standard pallet.
Food & beverage
Clean, full-deck constructions built to a repeatable spec.
Export
Custom sizes built with heat-treated material for international shipments.
Recurring production
Standing runs of the same custom pallet, produced and delivered on a schedule.
What we need to quote
Send us the specs. We'll quote the pallet.
Length and width, entry type, load weight, quantity, whether heat treatment is required, and the delivery ZIP code. Upload a drawing, spec sheet, PDF or photograph and we'll work from that.
FAQ
Custom pallet questions
What information do you need to quote a custom pallet?
Length and width, board thickness or lumber requirement, entry type, deck-board layout, load weight, quantity, whether heat treatment is required, and the delivery location.
Should I choose two-way or four-way entry?
Two-way entry uses solid stringers and is stronger for dense loads handled from one direction. Four-way entry notches the stringers so forks and pallet jacks can enter all four sides — better for tight docks and mixed handling.
Can you build from my drawing or spec sheet?
Yes. Send a drawing, spec sheet or a photo of the pallet you use today and we'll quote a build that matches it.
Can I specify the lumber?
Yes. Tell us hardwood or softwood, board thickness and stringer size, or give us the load and we'll propose a construction.
Do you handle repeat production runs?
Yes. Custom sizes can be produced once or on a recurring schedule tied to your usage and quantity.
Have a drawing? We'll price it.
Send a spec sheet, a CAD drawing or a photo of the pallet you're using today. We'll match the construction and quote the quantity you need.
