Repaired and structurally sound. May include plugged stringers, companion stringers or replaced deck boards. The right call for internal handling, storage and general freight where cost matters more than appearance.
Remanufactured
Rebuilt from reclaimed lumber to a consistent 48×40 spec. A middle option when Grade B varies too much for your process but new pallets aren't necessary.
New 48×40
Built from new lumber to a defined construction standard — stringer size, deck-board count and spacing, and load rating agreed up front. Available heat-treated for export.
